The free tier gives every pet owner a QR code and email notifications at no cost, because the most important moment — the one where someone finds your lost pet — shouldn't depend on a subscription. Premium features exist for those who want more, but the core service works for everyone.

Behind the scenes, we've made choices that reflect our values. Contact details are encrypted at rest. We don't sell data or show ads. The finder's scan page is lightweight and fast, because someone crouching beside a scared dog in the rain shouldn't be waiting for a page to load.
